Day 3, about the Bhosphorus ferry:

Alp is sufficiently versed in KS: Americans to start by saying it was a three-hour tour, which everyone got.

What is "KS: Americans"? I don't think you mean "Kill Shot: Americans", but maybe you do. Either way, I don't understand the point of a 2-hour ferry trip being described as a three-hour trip. :)

KS is "Knowledge Skill" - originally from Champions, but a lot of other tabletops in my social circle use the phrase.

"A three hour tour" is a Gilligan's Island reference, and is generally taken to mean "This boat trip is about to go Horribly Awry."

Aha! Okay, that makes a lot more sense now, as I've never watched an episode of Gilligan's Island. :)

Washington got to be one of the Founding Fathers - maybe the biggest - but here there's just Ataturk. The military leadership of Washington, the idealism of Jefferson, the damn-it-all-we-are-going-to-do-this-thing of Adams... can you tell most of my own history is 1776?

You know, I *remembered* taking the picture with six cats, but then captioning them, only could count five, so I decided there must have been one that went behind the bench just before I took the picture. I think I was glossing over the grey one by the curb.
