firstfrostOops, I didn't post these before. I finished these socks just in time for Really Early Christmas, but then my brother and sister-in-law couldn't make it after all (not up for travelling yet due to recent C-section). Sniff. 
I like this yarn (Duet, which comes with a little junior anti-matching skein for toe and heel); I am less sure that I like the afterthought heel that the pattern uses, but it was an interesting experiment to try.
