I haven't done too much planning yet, other than to declare it a Ham year (ham is much yummier than turkey); there will likely be a lot of repeats of previous dishes (shallot confit on mashed potatoes, nom nom nom). I am still in search of the One True Green Vegetable - maybe this one? (http://smittenkitchen.com/2009/12/balsamic-braised-brussels-with-pancetta/), but it's still early. :)
