Step three: Profit!
I'm sure there's an angle here somewhere.
So, there's this spam: "Earn profits, dark profits". Well, that's already intriguing. And they're apparently selling heroin, Tomahawk missiles, gay slaves, and child pornography. And *then* they list the contact address for their ISP, with the helpful description "The best hosting for spam-advertised projects. It is impossible to stop us host spam-sites" with a phone number and physical address, presumably so that outraged spam recipients will converge upon this ISP and destroy it.
I'm strangely impressed.
