More people fall for this than I find comfortable. Even given that the reply-to address goes to a hotmail.uk address. ("IS&T will never ask for your password. We'll especially never ask you to email it, and we'll especially *especially* never ask you to email it to a hotmail.uk address!") Still, 90% of the people who contact my office are saying "this isn't real, right?" instead of "here's my password, please don't delete me" or "I'm not sure what you mean by the password for this mailing list."
