harrock works from home on Friday, which means that it's the one day where he sleeps in and I get up first. But today, he popped out of bed early, and there were Waffles! And Bacon! And lattes from Diesel! For Valentine's Day! Aww! And (due to having been either provoked or inspired or some other verb by mjperson) there was a present. Happily, I had also finished my present, of Warm Socks.
The stripey stripey yarn is from Twisted Fiber Arts, which had a Downton Abbey yarn club this winter. This one is "Fox Hunt". The yarn people publish this particular sock pattern, which is basically "change stitch patterns when the yarn color changes", which I think is nicely striking for the stripey yarn.
