That is a weeping willow, but there do exist weeping beeches, which are also very impressive. To confuse matters, they come in several different leaf shapes and colors.

They tend to only get planted on really big properties, so I don't know of any around here, though.

Google finds a claim of a weeping birch on BU campus; I can't vouch for it personally, but the picture looks plausible.
