As promised, more pictures.

(Follow the first link for more stair details).

The stencils for the wall-garden arrived from England astonishingly fast, but woe, the wisteria is ever so slightly too wide. I'll see if they can shrink it (they advertise that they can, but I don't know at what prices), or consider faking the last quarter inch of leaf and vine.

Hooray! Resizing is essentially free! (I'm pretty sure they cut stencils on demand rather than have a pile of things on shelves). And given that I only need two out of three sections (pot and vertical vines, not horizontal vines), Wisteria That Fits is cheaper than Wisteria That Doesn't Fit was.

That stairwell is looking really nice!

Next time I'm in Boston, I'm going to have to invite myself over to your house to check it out in all its spiffyness.

Which site did you use? (And do you want to come paint my stairs? ;)

Stencil Kingdom: http://stencilkingdom.com:8080/catalogue/catalogue.htm
(The leaves and roses are "The stencils I found at Pearl", instead.)

(I'm convinced I'd be far more nervous painting someone else's stairs than my own. Sort of like being more nervous for your wedding than mine. :) )
