• Here, Dunkin' Donuts "regular coffee" means "with cream and sugar". This is apparently a regionalism, which my parents were unfamiliar with.
• I am not supposed to feed poisonous ice cream (for example, Pad Thai flavored ice cream) to harrock without telling him what it is first.

Actually, it's much worse than that.

Unspecified, it means "I'd like a 3,000-calorie Diabetic Shock with a coffee chaser". Ugh.
