Amelia the Cucumber

All my anecdotes this week are likely to be about children. :) We brought out the Veggie Tales Silly Songs Countdown, which have been an instant hit. (I am glad to be displacing the Teletubbies, which both harrock and I find quite creepy.) Amelia has decided that she is Larry the Cucumber, and (when she remembers) refuses to answer to Amelia. Apparently, being Larry the Cucumber involves a lot of jumping instead of walking, and not using your hands. And a lot of third-person narration ("Laura, Larry is hiding behind the chair. Laura, Larry tried to jump on the couch, but he fell off.")
