Headaches

So, I have kind of gotten used to my body neglecting to wake me if I'm over-hot, and giving me a headache instead. Stupid body, but I'm used to it. What I think is terribly unfair of it is sending the warning signals into my dreams. "Oh no! You're putting the colored headache boxes on stage for the wrong play! You have to get them off, but they don't fit backstage, so you have to keep swapping them around!" I eventually wake up from the dream, frustrated that I couldn't stack the headache boxes correctly and sure if I had just been more competent at it, I wouldn't have a headache. Plus, there's the persistent feeling that the fix is not "get a cold washcloth and take some Advil" but "get the damn boxes stacked properly", and that just doesn't help.

Bah.

May sound obvious but...

Are you getting enough water before/during the night?

I'm pretty confident that it's not dehydration. I can't entirely tell whether it's always temperature dysfunction -> headache or at least sometimes mystery cause -> migraine -> temperature dysfunction. I can reliably trigger it by going to bed cold and huddling up in the down comforter when I fall asleep, but there's the rarer case where I'm not very enblanketed and still wake up way too hot, which is possibly hormone-fluctuation-related.
