Headaches

So, I have kind of gotten used to my body neglecting to wake me if I'm over-hot, and giving me a headache instead. Stupid body, but I'm used to it. What I think is terribly unfair of it is sending the warning signals into my dreams. "Oh no! You're putting the colored headache boxes on stage for the wrong play! You have to get them off, but they don't fit backstage, so you have to keep swapping them around!" I eventually wake up from the dream, frustrated that I couldn't stack the headache boxes correctly and sure if I had just been more competent at it, I wouldn't have a headache. Plus, there's the persistent feeling that the fix is not "get a cold washcloth and take some Advil" but "get the damn boxes stacked properly", and that just doesn't help.

Bah.

Advil seems to work fine for me; they're rarely seriously bad headaches, the way I hear migraines are supposed to be. (I just thought they were "headaches" until I got one after the crazy "visual migraine" thing). Unless I'm stupid about blankets, they only turn up something like once a month, so I haven't gone to a higher level of worrying about them.
